A journey to cultivate,

reflect yourself

Offering online counseling for teens and adults in Washington State

  • Hello and welcome!

Seeking help takes a lot of courage and strengths. I am glad you are here. We all have our inner wisdom and strengths, but sometimes it is hard to connect to them. Together, we will find new ways to reconnect yourself to them.

Chisato Horikawa, LICSW (she/her)

I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) providing counseling to teens and adults residing in Washington State. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, especially survivors of gender-based violence and/or those who have witnessed family violence in their childhood. I’ve also had a passion to work with LGBTQAI+ community members, immigrants, POC (person of color), and multicultural populations.

My work is rooted in client-centered, culturally sensitive, social justice oriented, and trauma-informed approaches. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. I view therapy as a collaboration between clients and therapist, because we are both on this journey together.
